1. General Terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of GlobalDealGuide – Canada services and your participation in our trekking programs. By booking a trek with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

GlobalDealGuide – Canada is operated by GlobalDealGuide, a company registered in Ontario, Canada. Our office is located in Brampton, ON, and we specialize in Himalayan trekking adventures in Nepal and Africa Safaris and Tanzania Expedition Programs.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Process

To secure your booking, a deposit of 25% of the total trip cost is required. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your departure date. Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, bank wire transfer, and Interac e-transfer for Canadian customers. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.

2.3 Price Changes

Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, or other factors beyond our control. However, once your deposit is paid, your price is guaranteed.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation by Client

  • 90+ days before departure: Full refund minus $200 processing fee
  • 60–89 days before departure: 75% refund
  • 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 30 days before departure: No refund

3.2 Cancellation by GlobalDealGuide – Canada

We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to insufficient bookings, safety concerns, political instability, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or the option to transfer to another trip.

4. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance with emergency evacuation coverage up to 6,000 meters is mandatory for all participants. This insurance must cover medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.

We strongly recommend purchasing insurance at the time of booking to ensure coverage for pre-existing medical conditions and trip cancellation benefits.

5. Health and Fitness Requirements

Participants must be in good physical and mental health. A medical examination is recommended before departure. You must disclose any medical conditions, medications, or physical limitations that may affect your ability to participate safely.

High-altitude trekking involves inherent risks including altitude sickness, weather exposure, and physical exertion. Participants assume responsibility for their fitness level and ability to complete the itinerary.

6. Limitation of Liability

GlobalDealGuide – Canada acts as an organizer of trekking services provided by local operators in Nepal. We are not liable for acts or omissions of airlines, hotels, ground operators, or other service providers not under our direct control.

Adventure travel involves inherent risks. Participants acknowledge these risks and agree that GlobalDealGuide – Canada's liability is limited to the cost of the trip. We are not responsible for injury, illness, death, loss, or damage to personal property.

7. Itinerary Changes

Itineraries are subject to change due to weather conditions, flight delays, road conditions, group fitness levels, or other factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify routes, accommodations, or activities to ensure group safety.

No refunds will be provided for unused services due to early departure, flight delays, or itinerary changes necessitated by safety or operational reasons.

8. Participant Responsibilities

  • Follow guide instructions and safety protocols at all times
  • Respect local customs, cultures, and environmental regulations
  • Maintain appropriate travel documents (passport, visas, permits)
  • Carry adequate travel and medical insurance
  • Disclose relevant medical conditions and fitness limitations
  • Participate in pre-departure briefings and safety orientations

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Ontario.
